Order confirmation
If the order was successful, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email with all the details of your order.
Order status
If you have created an account, you can find and track your order in this space. If you have not created an account, you will have all the information about your order in the confirmation email and you will receive an email when your order is shipped.
Modification or cancellation of the order
Once your order is placed, it is not possible to modify it. However, you can cancel it in order to place a new one, by following the rules for cancellation.

Delivery
We make pre-orders to produce more accurately and avoid excess production. When you buy for pre-order, the product is not yet made. The delivery time is to be taken into account from the date of shipment of the package, it can be from a few days to several weeks depending on the production time.
Delivery methods
BY JO offers standard delivery for any order over 250 Euros placed on the website. Delivery times depend on the production date of the products sold for pre-order.
Taxes and customs fees
The selling prices of the products are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding customs fees. Outside the European Union, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
BY JO is not responsible for customs costs, taxes, actions and delays, where it has no control.
Essential remarks
Deliveries are made against signature, there is no delivery to a PO box.
Delivery times are indicative, potential delays caused by customs clearance times and payment authorization are not taken into account within the time limits.
You can track your orders on the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Information required for delivery
In order to avoid delivery delays, be sure to provide correct shipping information, otherwise BY JO reserves the right to send the order to the billing address associated with the payment card.
Returns
You have 14 working days to send BY JO a return request for a product from your order from the date of receipt. You will be reimbursed after receipt and control of the return.
Contact us at aftersalesservice@byjo.fr in order to organize the return of your package.
For your return to be accepted by customer service, the product (s) must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label still attached, unwashed clothing) and in perfect condition.
BY JO is not held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the package when customer identification and proof of return cannot be provided.
Any complaint relating to one or more products of the order must be submitted within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For your complaint to be accepted by customer service, the product (s) must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label still attached, unwashed clothing).
After the period of 14 working days, any complaint and any return will not be accepted by customer service and the package will be returned to the sender. The costs and risks associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

After-Sales Service
If it turns out that there is a damage on a product, and this despite its perfect maintenance, you can contact us at the address aftersalesservice@byjo.fr so that we can talk about it together.
Any product whose maintenance recommendations have not been followed cannot be the subject of after-sales service.
